REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit Policy
- $500 non-refundable deposit required for courses over $999
- Courses under $999 must be paid in full
- Deposits may be transferred to another date but are not refundable
2-Business-Day Cancellation Right
Under Ontario law, students may cancel within 2 business days of receiving the enrolment contract (in writing).
Tuition will be refunded minus the $500 deposit.
Final Payment
Full balance is due 10 calendar days before class.
Failure to pay without prior arrangement will result in loss of deposit and removal from the class.
Refunds Before Start Date
More than 10 business days before class:
Tuition paid minus deposit and service fee (lesser of 20% of tuition or $500)
10 business days or fewer before class:
No refund
After Program Start
No refunds will be given after start date
School Cancellation
If the school cancels prior to the start date:
Full refund (including deposit) or transfer to another session.
Online Materials
Non-refundable once access is granted.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 30 calendar days where applicable.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to the school’s administrative office (email or registered mail) with:
- Student name
- Program name
- Reason for withdrawal
- Date of request
Refunds will be issued within 30 calendar days of receipt of written notice, per Ontario requirements. If you have canceled with-in the 2day refund period.
